The spiral crusher is a multi-functional machine developed by our company, designed to handle a wide range of materials with high output. It features long-lasting blades, excellent compression and crushing effects, low-speed crushing, and adjustable output sizes. This crusher is particularly suitable for natural rubber and various types of synthetic rubber, including applications in latex products, inner tubes and outer tires of automobiles, water rings, shoe soles, gaskets, scraps from rubber factories, sealing discs, conveyor belts, and more. Its versatility and efficiency make it an ideal choice for diverse rubber processing needs.
工作原理：
The spiral crusher consists of rotating knives mounted on the main shaft and stationary knives installed on the body of the machine. When the main shaft rotates at low speed, multiple sets of rotating and stationary knives repeatedly chop the material while simultaneously generating high-intensity pressure to push the material towards the discharge end. Under this high pressure, the material continuously tumbles and grinds within the machine body. It is then squeezed out through long holes at the end of the machine body and further chopped by a scraper knife installed at the end to achieve the desired material size. The discharge outlet at the end features several long slots that can be adjusted to control the size of the outlet, thereby obtaining materials of different particle sizes.
